At Crust and Crumb we pride ourselves in being Ireland’s leading manufacturer of fresh, frozen and gluten free pizzas & bases for the retail and food service sectors.
We operate from our two production facilities in Derrylin County Fermanagh, one of which is a dedicated Gluten Free site. We have recently opened a third site in Ballyconnell Co.Cavan.
All our doughs are made from scratch guaranteeing a unique authenticity to each and every product we produce.
Our team of dedicated craft bakers have been producing pizzas for over ten years now, and with the help of our master baker Clemente, a professional Pizzaiolo from the Novara Lowlands of Northern Italy, we feel we know a thing or two about creating the perfect pizza.
We can produce bespoke products to various customer requirements and we specialise in white label for both retail and food service partners.
