Tortillas & Wraps

Our Tortillas & Wraps are available both ambient and frozen. We will work alongside you to create flavoured products to suit you and your customers.

Tortillas can be packed in various configurations depending on your requirements.

We also supply other Flatbreads such as Pitta and Naan.

We are members of the internationally recognised Tortilla Industry Association and supply customers globally.

Our baguettes are made to a traditional French recipe which includes a long prove time to intensify the flavour. You can expect an egg shell crust, light open soft crumb and a golden brown appearance when fully baked.
Our selection includes plain and seeded including Triplegrain, bursting with grainy goodness. All of our baguettes can be supplied either part or fully baked (thaw & serve).

Flatbreads

Our Flatbreads are hand shaped and baked according to a traditional recipe using olive oil and herbs, slightly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Our range includes breads topped either pre-bake or post-bake and are simple to bake straight from the freezer or fridge for great tasting garlic bread in minutes, a great snack and complement to every meal but in particular salads, soups or pasta.
