Our 75 Square Metre oven, built in Italy using natural stone, is fired with suitable renewable beech wood logs.
With increasing demand for authentic quality pizza, our wood fired stone oven captures the tradition of Italian wood fired pizza heritage dating back to the birthplace of pizza, in Napoli in 1889. The wood fire enhances fragrance, taste and authenticity.
